Today, I would like to show you my new house.
My parents built a new house, and we moved there in September.

SNOWBOARDING!!

Hi, everyone. I'm Yuri.
How was your winter vacation? Did you go anywhere?

Today I'd like to talk about my winter vacation.

I went to Nagano for snowboarding with my friends.

This was my second times to go snowboarding but I couldn't slide. I really wanted to slide, so I tried hard. Snowbording is a little difficult for me. I couldn't slide easily.

My friends showed me how to slide many time(><)



Thanks to my friends, finally, I could slide!!!! I really enjoyed snowboarding♪
However, I had muscular pain all over(・・；）

If you have never gone to snowboarding, you had better go! Anyone can slide and enjoy snowboarding.

I want to go snowboard again and progress my skill(^-^)

Hello, everyone!

I thought I don't have a specific hobby or favorite thing at first, but I did recognized, I like to trip, so today let me show many kinds of things or goods that I found in foreign countries.

First, I visited Helsinki in Finland.

I stayed at an apartment for tourists, and
the apartment was so old building. This is an elevator inside the building. It was so scared !

This is milk sold in Helsinki.

Why don't you think it's cute? I hope the same milk

will appear in Japan!

Next, I had a plan go to Bordeaux in France where a friend of mine lives,

however, the airplane had a trouble when getting on!

Destination was changed suddenly, we landed on Germany.

As soon as we landing on, many rescue cars came to our airplane, and some person threw water to the engine. I really surprised.

After a few days I arrived at Bordeaux,

my friend and I went to Monaco as vacation☆

There, we found Japanese style garden!

The final destination of my trip was Paris☆
I challenged to talk with store staffs in French at a stationary shop.

Now I am in Japan, but even planning a trip made me happy!

He is so cool!
I like this movie very very much!!!!!

I watched it at the theater in the last April.
One of my friends asked me to go with, so I had no idea about "Music and Lyrics" before watching.
However, after I watched it, I became so happy and refreshed.

I'm really lovin'it☆★

I also like the theme song of this movie. The title is ''Way back into Love".

My hobby

Hi, I'm Mai.
Recently, I am addicted to making accessories! I made some accessories in winter vacation, so I want to introduce my works.

This is my first works! Making clip-on earring is easy to make for beginners. I am beginner, so I started to make this. Implements that I used was pliers, metal fittings of clip-on earring, fasteners and ornament.

Secondly, I changed the ornament and made this. The merit of making accessories is that it is cheaper than buying accessories!!

Third, I made this necklace. It is difficult for me to make this necklace, but making something is very fun and it is good for a change of pace. Choosing the ornament is also fun to me. I used metal fitting between the bead and ornament.

I made this bracelet by the surplus ornaments. Making clip-on earring and bracelet is very easy, so I think you can enjoy making accessories,too!!

WICKED

Hi!! I'm Miki. I went to Tokyo to see a musical show of gekidanshiki, 'WICKED' during winter vacation.

I like the musical very much♪ Songs were great and impressive, costumes were gorgeous and cute and the story was very interesting.

Have you ever read or seen 'The Wizard of OZ'? I like the movie, too. The story of 'WICKED' is seeing another side of 'The Wizard of OZ'.

Two witches, Glinda and Elphaba appear in both stories. Glinda is the good witch of the south, and Elphaba is the wicked witch of the west. In 'The Wizard of OZ', Glinda and Elphaba are represented completely different way as good witch and bad witch. However, in 'WICKED', they are best friends, and they both have good side and bad side in their character.

'WICKED' also tells us backgrounds of The Scarecrow, The Cowardly Lion, The Tin Man and so on. We can enjoy 'The Wizard of OZ' from another view by 'WICKED'.

'WICKED' is one of the most famous Broadway Musical. In Japan, 'WICKED' started from June, 2007 by gekidanshiki, a Japanese musical company. In Broadway, NY, 'WICKED' started from 2003, and many people love this musical even now.

This year, I became 20 years old, so I dressed kimono （＾ｕ＾）

☆On January 2, 2008☆

I went to hair salon early morning on that day. I had my hair put up, and I had my face made up there.

I dressed long-sleeved kimono. The kimono was heavy and tight..., so I got tired (>_<)

After dressing, I had my photograph taken by a photographer!

In the afternoon, I went to Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture with my family by Shinkansen. We visited my aunt's house. I took picture with my mother and aunts.


My aunt has a male dog. His name is 'Kick'.
He does not bark at people.
He is very gentle and cute, so I love him very much (^^♪


☆On January 14, 2008☆

That day was Coming of Age Day （●＾o＾●）

I attended the ceremony♪♪
I met many my old friends and junior high school teachers at the ceremony. ＼(^o^)／

After the ceremony, I went to a class reunion party.

And...

I chatted, and chatted, and chatted with my old friends for 6 hours!!!
It was very happy and unforgettable day for me （＾ｖ＾）
