I went to Tokyo with my friend on February 17 and 18.
One of my friend commute to Tokyo University of Agriculture, and she lives in setagaya.
We used "Seisyun 18 ticket", so we went to Tokyo by train.
It took about 4 hours, but we could talk a lot.
First, we went to the restaurant "Sweets Paradise" in shibuya. The restaurant is very famouse, so there were many people. You can eat as much as you like for 1,480 yen at the restaurant.
It has many kinds of sweets, food and drinks. Those were veru delicious, so we had eaten sufficiently.
Then we went to Takeshita street, and we did the shopping there.
